The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Chartered Governance Institute (The Institute) was held at 17:00 hrs. (local time) on Tuesday, 9 September 2025 at the Hub Wynyard, Level 11, 10 Carrington Street, Sydney, Australia and virtually via LUMI.
The business of the agenda were:

- To receive and consider the report of the Council on the business of the Institute for the year ended 30 June 2025.
- To receive comprehensive financial statements of the Institute for the year ended 30 June 2025.
The vast majority of voting members approved all of the resolutions put forward at the AGM.
The following resolutions were voted on by way of a poll.
